Please read the following procedures and conditions for the RMA Service:
Contact an authorized Peacemaker Technologies Service Center for obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form or you can fill out the form online. Upon receipt of the RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued to the customer.
Authorized Peacemaker Technologies Service Centers will not accept any returned product without an RMA number. For a registered customer, please complete the RMA Request Form and obtain an RMA number, then ship the product to the authorized Peacemaker Technologies Service Center with freight prepaid. If you are not a registered customer, you will need to include copies of your bill of sale or other proof of purchase with your shipment. All products returned for warranty service must be carefully repackaged in the original packing materials if possible.
The normal turn-around time for warranty service is 5 business days.
Please note: the customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs to the Peacemaker Technologies Service Center for In-Warranty returns. For Out-of-Warranty cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs each way.
